机器特点 (HM70F)
HM70F卧式三工位钻植一体机，现代植毛机的高端产品，无论从性能还是灵活度上，都有着绝对的优势。
伺服马达多轴联动控制，轻松实现垂直植毛，放射状植毛，以及垂直和放射状结合植毛。高运主轴，搭配不同的工作平台和各种类型的工装，快换式专用夹具，使得HM70F广泛应用于E用刷、工业刷的大批量生产。
卧式双钻双植机头，搭配360度旋转式工作台，连续不间断工作，高效高产。
模块化、标准化设计，维修、维护简单快捷。
前道集成自动上料输送线，中间多轴机械手代替人工完成上下物料、中间转运。后续可集成独立平毛开花机构、压盖机构、贴标机构等，全流程闭环，有效节约人工成本。
